This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules for using the Endorsings Platform. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree to:

• ✅ Treat all users with respect and professionalism
• ✅ Provide accurate information about yourself
• ✅ Use the Platform for its intended educational purpose
• ✅ Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• ✅ Respect intellectual property rights
• ✅ Maintain the security of your account

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Promotes illegal activities
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Contains stolen or unauthorized material

• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Promotes self-harm or suicide
• Describes methods of violence or harm
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way

• Promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Uses slurs or derogatory language
• Advocates discrimination or violence against groups
• Spreads conspiracy theories or misinformation designed to incite hatred

• Targets, intimidates, or bullies individuals
• Shares personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Stalks or persistently contacts someone who has asked you to stop
• Creates a hostile or threatening environment

• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
• Sexualizes minors in any way
• Shares intimate images without consent
• Solicits sexual services

• Sends unsolicited commercial messages
• Promotes pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Contains phishing links or scam websites
• Repeats the same message excessively
• Uses misleading or deceptive marketing

• Spreads demonstrably false information about health, safety, or emergencies
• Impersonates others to spread false information
• Creates fake endorsements or credentials
• Misrepresents professional qualifications

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Share or sell your account credentials
• Purchase endorsements or accounts from third parties
• Impersonate another person, professional, or entity
• Create accounts using false information

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
• Interfere with Platform functionality or availability
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer any part of the Platform

• Download or redistribute content without authorization
• Record, screenshot, or copy videos for redistribution
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission
• Strip watermarks or attribution from content
• Claim others' content as your own

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Send unwanted private messages repeatedly
• Create or participate in brigading or coordinated harassment
• Disrupt community discussions or forums
• Troll or deliberately provoke others

• Use stolen payment methods
• Issue chargebacks fraudulently
• Obtain endorsements through deception
• Sell fake endorsements or credentials
• Manipulate the revenue-sharing system

Professionals must:

• Create accurate, helpful, and up-to-date content
• Ensure content reflects current industry practices
• Provide clear explanations and useful examples
• Maintain professional production standards (audio, video quality)

• Only endorse learners who genuinely demonstrate competence
• Maintain consistent, fair assessment standards
• Not sell or trade endorsements
• Not endorse friends/family without proper assessment
• Provide honest, constructive feedback

• Respond to learner questions in reasonable time (72 hours recommended)
• Provide timely feedback on assessments
• Keep content commitments made to learners
• Notify us if unable to continue teaching

• Maintain current employment in the field you teach
• Update credentials if changing roles or companies
• Disclose conflicts of interest
• Avoid promoting specific employers or products excessively
• Maintain confidentiality of learner information

Learners must:

• Complete assessments independently (unless collaborative work specified)
• Not share assessment answers with others
• Cite sources and give credit for others' work
• Not submit others' work as your own

• Treat professionals courteously and professionally
• Not demand immediate responses or excessive time
• Accept assessment results gracefully
• Not harass professionals for endorsements

• Contribute constructively to discussions
• Help other learners when possible
• Share knowledge and experiences generously
• Not post off-topic or promotional content

• Do not upload content you don't own or have rights to use
• Provide proper attribution when using others' work
• Only share materials you have permission to distribute
• Link to sources rather than copying content wholesale

• Small excerpts for educational discussion are acceptable
• Always credit the original source
• Don't replace the need to access the original work
• When in doubt, link instead of copying

You must:

• Respect others' privacy
• Not share others' personal information without consent
• Not use the Platform to collect personal data
• Not scrape or harvest user information

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy:

Report via:

1. Use the "Report" button (next to content)
2. Email: support@endorsings.com
3. Include: Link to content, description of violation, any relevant screenshots

We review reports within:

• Urgent safety issues: 24 hours
• Other violations: 2-3 business days

Your report is confidential. We do not disclose reporters' identities.

• First minor violation: Warning issued
• Explanation of violation
• Guidance to prevent future issues

• Violating content removed
• User notified with reason
• Repeat offenses escalate

• Account suspended for 7-30 days
• Access to Platform blocked
• No refund during suspension

• Severe or repeated violations
• Account permanently deleted
• No refund of fees
• Endorsements may be invalidated
• Ban from creating new accounts

Grounds for immediate permanent ban:

• Illegal activity
• Endangering minors
• Severe harassment or threats
• Fraudulent endorsements
• Hacking or security breaches

If you believe we made a mistake:

2. Include: 
   • Your account email
   • Date of action
   • Explanation of why you believe it was in error
   • Any relevant evidence

We review appeals within 5 business days.

Appeal decisions are final.

We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose user information when:

• Required by law
• Necessary to prevent imminent harm
• Investigating suspected criminal activity
• Complying with court orders

We may update this policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes = acceptance of updated policy.
