How the endorsement process works: Learners apply for endorsement, you set your own terms for assessing them,
When they feel ready they submit their portfolio and a personal statement to you directly through the platform.
You review their submission typically 15 to 30 minutes per review. You decide whether the work meets your professional standard.
If it does you issue a Personal Professional Endorsement partnering with Endorsings that includes your name, your current job title, your current employer, a short written rationale highlighting the learner's strengths, and a verifiable digital credential the learner can share on LinkedIn and their CV.
If it does not — you provide specific honest feedback on what more they need to demonstrate before you will endorse them.
You set your own endorsement price within a minimum range set by Endorsings for your career category. The more senior your role, the more recognised your employer, and the stronger your professional reputation — the more your endorsement is worth in the market.
Endorsings takes a 30% platform fee. You keep 70% of every endorsement fee you issue.
To protect the value of your endorsement we recommend a maximum of 15 endorsements per month. This keeps the process manageable and ensures every endorsement you give carries real professional weight.

Direct subscriptions — 70%
When you promote your Endorsings sessions on your own LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or other channels and drive subscribers directly — you keep 70% of every monthly subscription for as long as they remain subscribed.
50 direct subscribers — £875 per month. 100 direct subscribers — £1,750 per month. 200 direct subscribers — £3,500 per month.

Platform watch time revenue — 50% revenue split
