REFUND POLICY FOR ENDORSINGS LTD

1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for:

  • Monthly subscriptions (£25/month)
  • Endorsement certificates (£99-£499)

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

2.1 7-Day Trial Period

First-time subscribers receive a 3-day trial.

If you cancel within 3 days of your first payment:

  • ✅ Full refund issued
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Returned to original payment method

To request trial refund:

  • Email: support@endorsings.com
  • Subject: "Trial Refund Request"
  • Include: Your account email and reason for cancellation


2.2 Monthly Subscriptions (After Trial)

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the trial period expires.

If you cancel:

  • Access continues until the end of current billing period
  • No refund for current month
  • No charge for following months
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Example:

  • You subscribe on January 1st
  • Trial ends January 4th
  • You cancel on January 16th
  • Access continues until February 1st
  • No refund for January
  • No charge on February 1st

2.3 Annual Subscriptions (Future Feature)

If we introduce annual plans:

  • 14-day refund window (instead of 7 days)
  • Pro-rated refunds may be available at our discretion
  • Terms will be clearly stated at time of purchase

2.4 How to Cancel Subscription

Cancel anytime:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to: Settings > Subscription
  3. Click: "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation effective immediately (though access continues until period end).


3. ENDORSEMENT CERTIFICATE REFUNDS

3.1 Non-Refundable Once Assessment Begins

Endorsement fees are non-refundable once:

  • You submit your application for endorsement
  • The endorsing professional begins reviewing your work
  • Assessment process has started

Reason: Professionals invest time reviewing your work and providing feedback.


3.2 Refund Before Assessment Begins

Full refund available if:

  • You change your mind within 24 hours of purchase
  • Assessment has not yet started
  • Endorsing professional has not been assigned

To request: Email support@endorsings.com within 24 hours


3.3 Failed Endorsement Attempts

If you do not pass the endorsement assessment:

  • ❌ No refund provided
  • You may retake the assessment at a discounted price.

Reason: You received instruction, assessment, and feedback from a professional.


3.4 Disputes with Endorsing Professionals

If you believe your assessment was:

  • Unfair
  • Biased
  • Not conducted according to stated criteria

You may request a review:

  1. Email: support@endorsings.com
  2. Provide: Detailed explanation and evidence
  3. We will: Review with the professional and mediate

Possible outcomes:

  • Assessment retake with different professional
  • Partial refund (at our discretion)
  • No action if complaint is unfounded

This does not guarantee a refund.


4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

4.1 Platform Unavailability

If our Platform is unavailable for:

  • <24 hours: No refund (occasional downtime expected)
  • 24-48 hours: Pro-rated credit to your account
  • >48 hours: Pro-rated refund or account credit


4.2 Content Issues

If purchased content is:

  • Inaccessible due to technical errors
  • Significantly different from described
  • Missing essential components

We will:

  • Fix the issue within 48 hours, OR
  • Provide alternative content, OR
  • Issue full or partial refund

5. PAYMENT ERRORS

5.1 Accidental Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice by mistake:

  • ✅ Immediate full refund of duplicate charge
  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide transaction IDs

5.2 Unauthorized Charges

If you did not authorize a charge:

  1. Contact us immediately: support@endorsings.com
  2. We will investigate
  3. Refund issued if charge confirmed as unauthorized
  4. Your account may be suspended pending investigation

Also contact your bank to report unauthorized charges.


6. REFUND PROCESSING

6.1 How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds returned to:

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card)
  • Same account that made the purchase

We cannot:

  • Refund to a different card or account
  • Issue refunds as cash or check
  • Transfer refunds to another user

6.2 Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Appears on your statement in 7-14 days (depending on your bank)
  • Email confirmation sent when processed

If refund doesn't appear after 14 days:

  • Contact your bank first
  • Then email: support@endorsings.com


7. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

7.1 Compassionate Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside this policy for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Bereavement
  • Sudden financial hardship
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Request consideration:

  • Email: support@endorsings.com
  • Subject: "Compassionate Refund Request"
  • Explain your situation
  • Provide documentation if possible

We review each case individually. No guarantee of refund.


7.2 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue Endorsings:

  • All active subscribers receive pro-rated refunds
  • Endorsement certificates remain valid and verifiable
  • 90 days' notice before discontinuation


8. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.

Chargebacks:

  • Result in immediate account suspension
  • May incur additional fees
  • Can be resolved faster by contacting us directly

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be permanently suspended
  • Access to content immediately revoked
  • Endorsements may be invalidated

We prefer to resolve disputes directly.


9. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund:

  1. Email: support@endorsings.com
  2. Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
  3. Include: 
    • Your full name
    • Account email address
    • Transaction date and amount
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting documentation

We respond within 2-3 business days.


10. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Endorsement fees (once assessment begins)
  • Subscriptions after 3-day trial
  • Services already rendered
  • Access to content you've already consumed
  • Partial months of subscription


11. MODIFICATIONS TO REFUND POLICY

We may update this policy.

Changes:

  • Apply to purchases made after the change
  • Do not affect existing purchases (governed by policy at time of purchase)
  • Posted on this page with updated date
