All Endorsing Professionals have 3+ years of experience and are currently employed in the roles they teach. We verify their credentials through LinkedIn, employment confirmation, and portfolio reviews. We're selective accepting approximately 20% of applicants to maintain the quality and credibility of endorsements issued through our platform. 

We're actively building partnerships with employers and universities to establish recognition of Endorsings credentials. Each endorsement includes a unique verification code that employers can instantly check to see exactly what you learned, which projects you completed, who endorsed you, and your assessment results. Early endorsed professionals are helping us establish this registry as the standard for verified professional capability. 

 Unlike traditional platforms that use academics or former professionals teaching theory, Endorsings connects you with people currently working in the roles you want to learn. Our content shows the actual reality of daily work not polished, theoretical lessons. Additionally, our endorsements aren't automated certificates for course completion; they're personal verifications from practitioners who've assessed your demonstrated capability through real projects. You're learning from someone doing the job today, not someone who did it ten years ago or haven't done it at all.
